Controversial films will sometimes be given the government’s firmness to impose a ban on viewing. Fifty Shades Darker is a 2012 erotic romance novel by British author E. L. James. It is the second instalment in the Fifty Shades trilogy that traces the deepening relationship between a college graduate, Anastasia Steele, and a young business magnate, Christian Grey. Malaysia is not allowed the release of Fifty Shades of Grey after the country’s censorship board expressed concerns over its explicit sexual content.
